Moving desktop QuickBooks to our servers

Have the user click File -> Backup company -> create local backup.

Select Change your current backup settings

Click browse and have them save it to a location that they can easily find (if it is already set and they can find that location then it can stay like it is)

Click create local backup

Make sure save it now is marked.

Click ok on warning if it comes up

Click save unless you want to change the save location or file name here.

Have the user email file or upload it to a google drive location.
